The toolbelt does the rest. Every request follows the same route, so a new workflow never needs a new tool. 1. **Name the job.** Say what you need in plain words, such as a prospect list, a keyword check, or a Reddit scan. 2. **It picks the owner.** Each job has one owner and one fallback. Free tools run first, and a paid tool runs only when it adds something. 3. **It runs under a cost cap.** Every paid call carries a cap. You get a CSV in your project, and you review it before anything is sent. ## Tool sprawl costs more than the tools. Pro handles a single workflow. A large prospecting batch uses more of your plan. ### What happens when free credits run out? It checks each balance before a batch.
