What GTM Toolbelt produces

Name the job. The toolbelt does the rest.
Every request follows the same route, so a new workflow never needs a new tool.
- Name the job. Say what you need in plain words, such as a prospect list, a keyword check, or a Reddit scan.
- It picks the owner. Each job has one owner and one fallback. Free tools run first, and a paid tool runs only when it adds something.
- It runs under a cost cap. Every paid call carries a cap. You get a CSV in your project, and you review it before anything is sent.
Tool sprawl costs more than the tools.
Five good tools with no owner per job means doubled spend and gaps nobody covers.
GTM Toolbelt
- One owner per job. The cheapest tool that passed a test does each task.
- Free tools first. Paid calls run only when they add something.
- A cap on every call. A bad query cannot run up the bill.
- Built around your stack. You keep your tools and your keys.
One big lead platform
- One price for everything. You pay full rate even for the free parts.
- Locked data. Exports and limits follow the plan you picked.
- Slow to adapt. A new channel waits for the vendor.
- Per-seat billing. The bill grows with the team.
Tools stitched by hand
- Doubled spend. Two tools sell the same record at different prices.
- Gaps nobody owns. Nobody checks which tool covers a job.
- Surprise bills. No cap, so one loop burns a month of credits.
- Tribal knowledge. The routing lives in one person's head.
It routes around your stack. Not a template.
A custom build starts with the tools you already pay for. It tests each one on your real jobs, records which tool wins each one, and writes that down as the rule. When a price changes or a tool fails, the rule changes in one place.
Questions about GTM Toolbelt
Can Claude build a prospect list with work emails?
Yes, with the right tools behind it. This skill runs free search for buying signals, finds the buyer at each company, and looks up a verified email, with a cost cap on every paid call.
Which tools do I need for GTM engineering with Claude?
A crawler, a paid data tool, a free social reader, a posting tool, and an SEO tool. This skill assigns one owner to each job so the spend never doubles.
What does the GTM Toolbelt do?
It decides which tool owns each go-to-market job, then runs five workflows: prospect lists, LinkedIn warm-up, keyword research, social listening, and publishing.
Is it for sale?
Not as a download yet. Ask for a custom build and I set it up around the tools you already use.
Which tools does it use?
The tested set is Firecrawl for crawling, treg for paid data, agent-reach for free reading, a posting tool such as Zernio, and OpenSEO for SEO. A custom build can swap any of them.
What does a prospect list cost?
About $0.70 per 100 prospects in my tests. Most of it is email lookups at under half a cent each. Your cost depends on your mix of tools.
Does it message people for me?
No. Emails and DMs are drafts, and you send them. It never touches your personal LinkedIn inbox.
Does it scrape LinkedIn from my account?
No. It reads LinkedIn through paid providers that use their own sessions, because LinkedIn restricts accounts that scrape.
Which Claude plan do I need?
A paid plan with Claude Code. Pro handles a single workflow. A large prospecting batch uses more of your plan.
What happens when free credits run out?
It checks each balance before a batch. It keeps a tool's free credits for the job that tool does best, and it uses another owner for the rest.
Does this skill work with Gemini CLI, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot?
Yes, with one caveat. The skill is a SKILL.md folder in the Agent Skills open standard, which Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot all load. It is built and tested on Claude Code. Steps that lean on Claude-only features, such as parallel subagents, run one after another or need a manual step in other agents.
How do I install an agent skill?
Copy the skill folder into your agent's skills directory: ~/.claude/skills for Claude Code, or the skills folder your agent documents for Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or Copilot. The agent reads the description and loads the skill when your request matches it. Each skill ships with a setup guide for any tool it needs.
